I'm in the process of updating the site right now, and this new top 10 wedding songs page is one of my projects. For now, I'll give you a handful of ideas to get you started ... For your ceremony, why not look into an instrumental compilation CD. If you're a classical music fan, this part's fun, and you don't even need a top 10 list from me! Pachelbel's Canon is always a lovely choice, as are a number of Bach and Beethoven concertos. Violin or piano solos could also be an option.

Take a look at these links to see if you can find a selection from the top 10 wedding songs (or so) found on each of the compilations. I'd recommend ordering one of the larger compilations -- as in, a CD with more than just the top 10 wedding songs -- and see what you like.
If you end up going with live music, you're bound to find one or two songs on a larger compilation that will work for you. And if you use a CD, even if you don't like the exact mix, at least you have a wide selection to choose from!
Here are some ideas to get you started:
I also recommend adding in your own favorite songs -- especially for the reception. That makes the day even more special!
So while I could recommend that you listen to Eric Clapton's Wonderful Tonight or anything by Foreigner in the 80s :) it's really up to you to decide your own personal top 10!
I hope that these initial ideas have helped you with your planning. Let me know if you have your own recommendations at stacey @ marriedbliss.com at any time. I'd like to make this top 10 wedding songs page more helpful!
